Tub machine type VBL

The rectangular tub machines type VBL are used for deburring, smoothening and polishing operations of parts of medium/big dimensions.
The tub of the machine, lined with highly wear resistant hot cast polyurethane, can be manufactured with a capacity from 220 up to 2500 liters.
The two mechanical vibratory units, fitted at each end of the tub, are powered by two independent electric motors thus producing even distribution of energy to the mass load.
The further advantage of this system is the fact that the motors do not suffer the vibration of the tub, thus avoiding stress problems and possible cracks.
