Vibrochimica’s vibratory round bowl finishing machines are manufactured in five sizes, 100 lt, 150 lt, 300 lt, 600 lt
and 1100 lt.
The VBT standard bowl finishing machines can be supplied with or without auto-unload facility.
The VBTA vibratory bowl finishing machines incorporate a spiral which gives the fastest and most efficient
unloading characteristics.
The VBTH vibratory bowl finishing has a semi-automatic separation system where parts and media come up a dam
and over a grid.
The VBTS toroidal bowl machines have been specially designed for the finishing of delicate parts, such as aircraft
components, sanitary fittings, medical instruments etc., with the minimum of impingement.
All four types of bowl finishing machines can be adapted for operation in dedicated systems or automatic production
lines and manufacturing cells to suit customer requirements.
Bigger capacity machines can be manufactured on request. |

Vibrochimica vibratory trough finishing machines can be utilized for de-burring and surface smoothing, ball
burnishing or dry polishing and, in some cases, for maize granule drying. There are many models ranging from 17 lt.
to 1200 lt capacity.
The Minox bench type models are particularly designed for treatment of small parts in small batches and can be used
with abrasive media for de-burring and stainless steel balls for ball burnishing.
The VB range of trough type systems are for ball burnishing and have a ball capacity of up to 1500 Kgs.
The VBL models are high volume machines and are suitable for the finishing of large components e.g. long pieces
up to 2M.
The VB/VBL machines can incorporate dividers to give different compartments. |

The ball burnishing is the fastest and the cheapest finishing process.
All the ball burnishing machines are equipped with 3000 rpm motors.

Vibrochimica’s centrifugal Turbopol machines are manufactured in three sizes. The SC 70 (70 lts. capacity), the SC
150 (150 lts. capacity) and the SC 250 (250 lts. capacity).
The SC model can be supplied with or without an automatic discharge and separation.
The SCA model comes with integral separation and tilt action unload/reload of media and components. |
