VIBRATORY DRYER

Vibrochimica’s vibratory driers are recommended as an aid to complete the drying of components from a vibratory line but can also be used as separate drying machines for plating departments.
The vibratory driers are offered in four models to suit most requirements. Special driers can be designed to suit specific customer requirements.
The DRV model has been designed for small components and has a thermostatically heated air flow.
The VBTD model is for medium to large components and large production rates and has integral heating. This model is usually recommended for continuous systems.
The DR model rotating drum) driers offer the advantages of high component troughput and very efficient drying with low maintenance costs. Produced in two models, these driers can be use in conjunction with maize granules and can be used for graphiti brass stampings prior to forming.
